Guests can relax on the huge balcony, which has BBQ facilities and tasteful outdoor furniture.

The apartment is conveniently located across the road from a supermarket, pizzeria and great seafood restaurant. King Shaka International Airport can be reached within less than 30 minutes.

Terms & Conditions

Occupancy - The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms, all en-suite.

Children - All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the apartment.

Parking - Free dedicated undercover private parking is available for two vehicles.

Pets - Pets are not allowed.

Quiet times - Please respect the privacy of other guests and residents in the complex. No loud music or parties between the hours of 6pm and 9am. The complex has strict rules in this regard which are enforced.

Smoking - Please smoke on the balcony, not inside the apartment.

Cleaning - The apartment is serviced 7 days a week including public holidays, except for Christmas Day.

The apartment is a self-catering and we supply you with toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and milk on the day of arrival. There will also be a special welcome gift on your arrival.

Bath towels, beach towels and linen are provided. Linen and towels are changed after every 3rd day.

A personal safe is available in the apartment.

Complementary high speed internet and WiFi is available in the apartment.

Check-in - From 14h00 unless by prior arrangement
Check-out - By 09h00 unless by prior arrangement

Deposit - A 50 percent deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation - If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
